City Plan
The City Plan will be a key delivery document of the City Vision. The Plan, which will act as the councils Local Development Framework for the City, will help plan the physical look and feel of the city, ensuring there is the right mix of retail, employment and housing land, needed to support the growing population of the Gloucester.
This City Plan will be the link between Gloucester and the larger Joint Core Strategy which is being developed between Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewskesbury.

The final City Plan will be completed in 2012/13 but an initial Scoping Document has been produced which is being consulted on at the same time as the vision.
