An Equality Impact Assessment was completed in February 2008 in line with the Local Area Agreement (LAA) and the new Sustainabale Communtity Strategy.

Proofing and Reference Group
In October 2008 the Gloucester Partnership commissioned a Proofing and Reference group to look at Equality and Diversity within the Partnerships and the various PAGs.
Their full report was delivered at the July 2009 Executive and can be downloaded here.
Executive summary:
- The Equalities Impact Assessment process has been one of learning and development for both the Equalities Team and those in the PAG’s.
- For the PAGs there has been a process of looking back over their work and planning for the future.
- The overall reception to the process has been one of approval and enthusiasm and all involved are encouraged to use the visual tools in all areas of their work if useful.
- The Equalities Group was commissioned by Gloucester Partnership in October 08 and has delivered its work and report as agreed for July 09.
