Performance Management

The Gloucester Partnership needs to ensure that it can achieve what it has set out to do and that its targets reflect the aims within the Sustainable Community Strategy.

The Audit Commission Report in 2003 - Making Improvements through Partnership made a series of recommendations including the need to introduce a formal approach to monitoring and evaluation.

Thematic sub-groups are responsible for developing action plans to deliver the Sustainable Community Strategy. The Executive will then monitor progress against these action plans on a regular basis.
