The Gloucester Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership was formed in 1998. The Partnership is a multi agency group, comprising representatives from organisations across Gloucester. All of the partners are fully committed to working together to reduce the harmful effects of crime, disorder and anti-social behaviour.

Over the three years of the CDRP Crime Reduction Strategy 2005-2008, volume crime (which includes domestic and non domestic burglary, theft of and from vehicles, robbery of personal property, wounding and criminal damage) reduced in Gloucester by 30%.

Following a strategic assessment of the crime situation in Gloucester, a three year delivery plan 2008 – 2011 has been written which will guide the work of the partnership as we endeavour to keep crime at a low level. We want to ensure that our city is a safe, fair, just and thriving community.
